Grandscape is a 433 acre, high profile development of the North Dallas  Metroplex located in the Colony, Texas.  It is a unique destination comprised of retail,entertainment,hospitality,and residential components which create an iconic lifestyle project, complimenting the unique tenants and demographic of the Colony trade area.

As part of the HTH Architects design team, and along with local developers and local architects, Merriman Anderson, I was one of the lead designers for this project.  I was tasked with designing many of the buildings of the project, by incorporating site and code analysis to articulate a holistic design for the modern shopper.  In addition, I was able to integrate exclusive requirements for major tenants in order to realize a destination that is attractive to all future retailers while creating an elegant space that provides a contemporary architectural experience for all visitors.
